Hey there, I'm Tiger! As an amateur boxer and personal trainer, I'm all about making fitness fun and enjoyable. I'm a firm believer that working out doesn't have to be boring or painful - it can be a blast! And that's exactly what I strive to achieve with my clients.
I'm not just here to put you through a gruelling workout. I'm here to get to know you, your preferences, and your goals. I believe that building a strong relationship with my clients is the key to success. With me, you'll have a personal trainer who's not just focused on the physical aspects of training, but also on the mental and emotional aspects.

All necessary boxing equipment is provided so you needn’t worry. A theragun is used to ensure that you don't feel any aches or pains for too long after training.
One thing that sets me apart from other trainers is that I don't believe in training people in a stuffy gym. I prefer to train my clients in the great outdoors - whether that's at your house or in the park. Trust me, there's nothing quite like getting your sweat on in the fresh air!
